NOTICE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE RETURNS. SHIPPING COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
Return of Goods
Can I return an order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. However, the following conditions must be met:

The order includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was delivered.

The goods have been used only in a normal way — any damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

Products where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before return.

The goods were defective immediately upon delivery.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days and will be officially acknowledged within this period if conditions are met.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they were used or damaged other than by our fault.
How can I return an order?
If your order meets the above conditions, proceed as follows:

Include the following information in the email:

Reason for the return request

Photos of the product if damaged

Customer’s full name

Customer’s address
After receiving your email, we will contact you and provide the return address.
Never send goods back to the sender's address — we will send you the correct return address. The customer always bears the return shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATION (WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT)
A customer who is a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting outside the scope of their business activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:
A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the last item.
Our orders are processed by a fully automated system and shipped immediately after receipt.
Therefore, it is not possible to interrupt shipping, and returns are only possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us, Cushie Cloud, through a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is considered completed upon receipt of the returned goods. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Shipments in transit
Our goods are shipped from Asia, so delivery times may be longer and beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, the order cannot be canceled. Please wait for delivery and then you can return the goods as usual. Of course, you may inform us in advance of your intention to return the goods.
To speed up the return process, please send us confirmation of sending the goods back.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (and any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard). Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods and notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made by the same payment method used originally, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for this refund.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSES IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
